Access to accounts on the PFS network is restricted to relevant PFS account representatives and management. Customized to operate utilizing nine clearance levels, the network security system ensures that employees have access only to the information that they need to perform their job functions. This means account representatives can only view information pertinent to their level of collections activity. Business operations departments such as accounting have specialized access allowing them to perform their functions without viewing personal consumer information.
Proven virus, firewall, intrusion detection and time-out applications are updated regularly to actively block external access threats.
