Through the CT Center ™ Predictive Dialer from Information Access Technology, we use a combination of predictive, power, and preview dialing modes to obtain the optimum number of successful contacts. Sophisticated functions include inbound-outbound call blending, unlimited simultaneous campaigns, and standard or custom voicemail-hold messages with personalized variables. Calls can be put on call-back status, sending them back in the queue for alter attempts and transfer to any agent assigned to a list.
