Primary Collections Software
Flexibility is the cornerstone of our collection software. Primary Collections Software (PCS II) was created by our information technology specialists. Our software developers continually adapt PCS II to our customers’ needs. In a few hours, we can respond to any service or report requests that could take our competitors as long as two weeks.
The PCS II systems runs on the IBM iSeries eServer, arguably the most powerful and reliable system every created. IBM’s customers know the iSeries as the server with 99.9 percent uptime.
The highly secure Primary Collections Software II system performs prioritized account queuing for timely and effective processing of your receivables. PCS II Internet capabilities help increase productivity by connecting to resources that expedite recovery. Skiptracing through Internet sources and established vendors allows the information to be returned immediately to the collectors’ desktop. Secure and read-only audit interfaces built to client specifications offer unlimited viewing capabilities with enhanced security.
The PCS II system was authored using the Integrated Language Environment RPG (ILE RPG) language. ILE RPG is the most abbreviated and flexible language in existence. Aside from specific customization, the PCS II system allows us to incorporate with greater speed and accuracy-overall software updates that follow innovative best practices as well as FDCPA regulation changes and unique state and client requirements.
